Pointless Talk is a messenger built on a simple idea: you shouldn't have to provide a lot of personal information just to start a conversation. Create an account with just a username and a passkey — no phone number, email address, or password required. Add friends, chat one-on-one, or create a group and talk together. ■ Get started without a phone number or email You don't need to provide a phone number or email address to sign up. Instead of a password, Pointless Talk uses passkeys for sign-in. ■ Messages are stored only as long as needed Once messages have been delivered to their destination devices, they are processed for deletion from the server. Undelivered messages are never stored indefinitely and are temporarily retained for up to 72 hours. ■ Keep your chat history on your device Messages you receive are stored on the device you're using. If you delete your local chat history when signing out, it cannot be restored from the server. ■ One-on-one and group chats Chat privately with friends or create groups with up to 50 members. Public and private groups, invitation links, and join approval are also supported. ■ Share photos and videos Share photos and videos directly in your conversations, with files up to 25 MB each. ■ Disappearing messages Set messages to be automatically deleted on a per-chat basis. Choose a duration from 10 minutes to 30 days. ■ Use it on multiple devices Register multiple devices to a single account and manage your passkeys. You can also remotely sign out other devices when needed. Pointless Talk is available in Korean, English, and Japanese.
