Guitar Pocketbook is a guitar you can learn from. Tap a chord and hear it strummed on real, synthesized strings while every finger lights up on the fretboard, so you see exactly where it goes and hear exactly how it should sound. LEARN ONE CHORD AT A TIME Start with the open chords most players learn first, then grow into major, minor, suspended, seventh, major seventh, minor seventh and power chords. Each set puts six chords on the pad, and the app remembers where you left off. SEE EVERY FINGER The fretboard reads like printed tab, high E on top and low E below, so what you learn here matches every songbook and tab you pick up next. Muted strings are marked, open strings ring, and each chord keeps its own color everywhere in the app. HEAR EVERY STRING Notes are synthesized on your device, string by string, through reverb, echo and tone you control. Strum a chord or pick it note by note, or drag across the strings with your finger. FIND ANY CHORD IN A TAP Search all 42 chords by name or by sound, like Dsus4, minor or seventh. Tap one and it plays on the fretboard, bringing up a chord set that has it.
