Servatto Manager is the owner's phone for a Servatto kitchen. It watches your shops and manages their settings. Bumping, printing and cancelling stay where they belong — on the kitchen screen. TODAY Sales so far, orders, what is in progress and what is running late, for every shop at once, next to the same day last week. LIVE ORDERS Every order the kitchen has, as it has it, across all your shops in one list. Open one to see the items, the modifiers and the customer's note. REPORTS Sales, commission and what you actually keep, by platform, by shop, by brand, by hour and by day of the week. The full report opens inside the app. ALERTS Worked out for you and sent to your lock screen: an order cancelled by the platform, an order feed that has dropped, a printer that has gone quiet while orders arrive, a kiosk or screen that is offline. SETTINGS Everything you would otherwise open a laptop for. Prep times and busy mode, docket layout and label rules, printers, kiosk tablets and their card readers, customer screens, and who on your team can see which shop. Servatto Manager needs a Servatto account. Accounts, plans and payment are handled on our website — there is nothing to buy in this app.
