Wèn: Chinese Flashcards

About

No streaks. No cartoon animal looking hurt because you skipped a day. No notification at 9pm asking where you've been. Wèn is just Chinese characters and you, which turns out to be plenty. Browse every HSK 3.0 level, search by hanzi, pinyin or meaning, and tap any character to watch it drawn stroke by stroke. DECKS THAT MAKE SENSE TO YOU Pick characters, name the deck, done. Duplicate one you already have, or merge several into a single monster deck before an exam. Your decks, your logic. No algorithm deciding what you're ready for. PLAY, DON'T GRIND Swipe right if you knew it, left if you're being honest with yourself. Choose what the card gives away: hanzi, pinyin, English, audio, or a combination cruel enough to be useful. Play by rounds, by lives, or against the clock. Two players can share one phone and settle it properly. PRINT THE THING Generate a practice sheet as a PDF: stroke order laid out phase by phase, tracing guides, and empty grids to fill in. For handwriting, paper remains undefeated. SEND A DECK TO A FRIEND Share a deck as a file via AirDrop, Messages, email, whatever you already use. No accounts, no sign-up, no screen begging you to invite people. WHAT'S FREE HSK 1 and 2, complete. Every character, every stroke animation, the audio, the games, and up to three decks of your own. Not a trial. Not seven days. Free. WHAT FULL DECK UNLOCKS One purchase. Once. Forever. Not a subscription, because nobody in the history of the App Store has been delighted to find another one. It unlocks HSK 3 through 6 (nearly 5,000 more words) plus unlimited decks, deck sharing, two-player mode and printable practice sheets. Everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no analytics quietly noting which characters you keep getting wrong.
