Rentology Owner

About

Rentology Owner is the app for property owners whose homes are managed with Rentology. Sign in with the phone number your property manager has on file and see, for every home: • Earnings – this month, year to date and all time, with the exact numbers behind each payout • Statements – every monthly statement and its PDF, the moment it is issued • Bookings – upcoming and past stays, nights booked, and the calendar • Repairs – open work orders with photos, quotes and what was approved • Receipts – every expense charged to the home, with the receipt image • Reviews – what guests said, as it comes in • Messages – write to your property manager, leave a voice message, or book a call • Notifications – a heads-up when a payout goes out or a statement is ready, only if you turn them on No password to remember: you get a six-digit code by text. Your data stays inside your property manager's Rentology account; nothing is sold or shared. Rentology Owner is free for owners whose homes are managed on Rentology (rentology.ai). It needs an invitation from your property manager; there is nothing to sign up for in the app.
