History Globe puts world history on a 3D globe you can turn with your fingers. Move between dates and places to discover historical events, cities, voyages, and trade routes. Explore at your own pace • Drag to rotate the globe and pinch to zoom • Choose a year from 1200 to 2026, or play through the included eras • Switch between two dates in A/B comparison to examine maps and events • Search events, cities, and routes across the entire collection • Filter events by category and year range • Open event details for background, related people and events, and source links The initial collection includes regional examples from 12 dates, 33 events, 14 cities, and 5 routes. These selected examples offer a starting point for discovery, rather than a comprehensive record of world history. Territories and routes are simplified for learning. They do not reproduce exact borders for every year or precise voyage tracks. When a map is unavailable for your selected year, the app shows the most recent included map from that year or earlier, with its date clearly identified. The year 2026 marks the collection’s coverage limit, not the end of ongoing activities. Available in Japanese, English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Arabic includes right-to-left layouts. Explore the included collection offline. An internet connection is required to open external source pages.
