PhoneHero Pro

About

PhoneHero Pro is the app for the independent repair technicians of the PhoneHero network. It is not meant for the general public: anyone who needs a phone repaired should download the PhoneHero app instead. You already repair smartphones, in a shop or on your own. PhoneHero Pro brings you on-site jobs in the area you choose, with no prospecting, no exclusivity and no impact on your own customers. HOW IT WORKS 1. You set your working area and the radius you accept jobs within. 2. You go online when you are available. 3. Nearby requests appear, each showing the device, the fault and your payout. 4. You accept, you travel to the customer, you repair on site. 5. The customer confirms with a code, and your earnings are credited. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU EARN BEFORE YOU ACCEPT Every request shows your payout up front, with the repair and the travel allowance listed separately. No quote to send, no negotiation, no surprise. YOU GET PAID AUTOMATICALLY Earnings are transferred to your bank account every Friday, arriving within two business days. Your wallet shows your balance and the full history of your completed jobs. YOUR OWN SHAREABLE LINK You get a personal link to your public profile. Put it in your video descriptions, your social media bio or a private message: anyone following it books their repair with you, and with nobody else. YOU STAY INDEPENDENT You choose your area, your radius and the jobs you accept. You can go offline at any time. There is no subscription and no minimum volume. IN THE APP - Your dashboard, with today's and this month's earnings - Available requests near you - Your schedule of planned appointments - Messaging with your customers - Your public profile, ratings and reviews - Your wallet and payout history - A referral code to invite other technicians WHY THE APP ASKS FOR YOUR LOCATION To show you jobs near you, and to share your progress with the customer while you are on your way to an accepted job. The app explains this before asking for permission. JOINING THE NETWORK Registration is reserved for independent professionals. Your identity, company registration and professional liability insurance are checked before your first job. PhoneHero acts as a technical intermediary: the repair is carried out by an independent professional, who remains solely responsible for the work.
