About
Rentology Pro is the app for the professionals a property manager relies on: repair contractors, lawn care and other recurring services, and property inspectors. Sign in with the mobile number your property manager has on file and get a 6-digit code by text. There is no account to create and no password. A job link your property manager texts you also opens straight in the app. • Repairs: see the address, access notes and what needs doing, accept the job, start work, add before and after photos, message the office, mark it complete • Recurring visits (lawn care, pest control, HVAC): see every property you serve, start today's visit, document it with photos, request your invoice • Inspections: open the guided walk-through with rooms, meters, photos and signatures • Voice messages to the office, written out as text once you agree • Push notifications when a job is assigned or changes For professionals working with a property manager on Rentology.
