About
Keep trip records and odometer readings together. Pro reporting requires an in-app purchase: a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. For trips outside the initial seven-day included-record window, Pro enables formatted reimbursement reports and PDFs using a reimbursement rate you enter. Manual records, history, basic CSV export and previously saved reports remain available without purchasing Pro. ADD AND REVIEW TRIPS Log a trip manually, enter a distance or start and end odometer readings, and choose the vehicle, date and Work or Personal classification. RECORD WHEN YOU CHOOSE Start a location-recording session yourself when you want to. GPS is an estimate; signal loss or interruptions can leave unknown intervals. Automatic trip detection is not enabled. Review and correct the record before saving. ORGANIZE AND EXPORT Edit records, keep a local revision history, manage multiple vehicles and create dated reports. Export CSV or PDF for your own records or a reimbursement workflow. Reports depend on the information you enter; The reports do not determine tax eligibility or guarantee acceptance by an employer or authority. KEEP DATA LOCAL No account is required. Export a backup, preview an import and choose when to share files. History and basic CSV access remain available when premium access expires.
