You do not protect private wealth by hiding it. You protect it by knowing what you have and keeping it somewhere safe. Habeo is a register for everything you own: securities and crypto, but also the house, the car, the watch, the gold in the vault, the money you lent out and the mortgage on top. You record what is there. Habeo does the arithmetic. WHAT HABEO DOES - Every item with value, quantity, currency and proof - Purchases, sales, interest, rent, fees and repayments as real entries - Cost basis, gain, annual return and holding period, calculated to the cent - What your wealth brings in, and what it costs to keep - Debts secured against an item, and what it is worth net of them - Shared ownership: your share counts, not the whole object - History over years, split by category, region, currency or project - Receipts, appraisals and policies live with the item, not in some folder - An emergency sheet, for the day someone else has to find their way around HOW YOUR DATA IS PROTECTED - Hardware-encrypted on the device, readable only while it is unlocked - In iCloud, amounts, names and notes are stored as ciphertext. No server-side service can read those fields; they cannot even be indexed. Who holds the key is decided by Apple's Advanced Data Protection. - Encrypted backup with your passphrase (AES-GCM, PBKDF2), proofs included, and a trial run that opens it without changing anything - Face ID lock, or an optional app code separate from your device passcode - Amounts stay hidden during screen recording and AirPlay mirroring - No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads, no tracking NO PRICE FEEDS Habeo fetches no security prices. That is not a shortcoming; it is the reason nobody learns what you hold. Exactly two requests leave the device, and only when you need them: the European Central Bank's reference rates for currency conversion, and one quote for Bitcoin, gold and silver that is identical for every user. Both are listed with time, destination and content on the transparency page, and a switch turns networking off entirely. The app keeps working exactly as before.
