RecoverTrack: Injury Recovery

About

Recovery takes commitment. RecoverTrack helps you keep it. Whether you're coming back from a sports injury, surgery, or a long-term condition, real recovery depends on consistency — doing the exercises, tracking the symptoms, taking the medication, and noticing the trends. RecoverTrack brings all of it into one place, so you can stay committed and actually see your progress. Track what matters, every day • Log daily check-ins for pain, stiffness, sleep, energy, and mood • Mark exactly where it hurts on an interactive body map • Record exercises and follow prescribed programs with adherence tracking • Manage medications with reminders and per-dose confirmation • Keep appointments, medical tests, and imaging in one organized place See your progress clearly Visual charts show how your pain, activity, and recovery are trending over time — so you can see what's working and stay motivated on the harder days. Connect with Apple Health RecoverTrack reads your activity, heart, sleep, and mobility data from Apple Health, so your workouts, steps, and rest are part of the picture automatically — no double entry. Give your provider a real picture Generate a clear, professional report of your symptoms, adherence, and progress to share with your physiotherapist or doctor. Instead of trying to remember how the last few weeks went, show them exactly how your recovery is trending — and get better-informed care. Your data stays yours RecoverTrack stores everything on your device and your own private iCloud. We don't run servers that collect your data, we can't see your information, and we never sell it. No account required. Please note: RecoverTrack is a personal wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your treatment.
