About
Your vehicles. Your records. All in one place. The last oil change, the next service, that garage receipt: MeinCheckheft keeps the details together, so you can find them when you need them. Clear vehicle records on iPhone and iPad – even offline. CARS, MOTORCYCLES AND MORE Choose a car, motorcycle, motorhome or another vehicle type. Add your own vehicle photo and update vehicle details or registration plates anytime. Bottom navigation takes you straight to vehicles, due dates and settings. Create new appointments for the right vehicle directly from the due dates screen. BUILD A CLEAR SERVICE HISTORY Record inspections, oil changes, tire changes and repairs with the date, mileage and cost. Keep completed work separate from planned appointments. Add notes and set the next due date or mileage yourself. KEEP RECEIPTS WITH THE RIGHT SERVICE Take a photo of a workshop receipt or choose an image from your gallery. Link evidence to the vehicle and the relevant service entry. Search the service history and spot entries that still need a receipt. Stored document photos are encrypted with AES-256. SEE WHAT IS COMING UP View upcoming maintenance and the deadlines you enter in one place. Save your insurer, policy number and renewal date with the vehicle so you can find them when you need them. LOCAL RECORDS, NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED Manage vehicle records locally on your device without mandatory cloud storage. Create and restore your own encrypted backup. BASE VERSION AND PREMIUM The base version includes one vehicle, maintenance history, documents, insurance details and the deadline overview. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks Premium: unlimited vehicles, local reminders 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before a deadline, PDF export of your vehicle record, and an app lock with PIN and supported biometrics. Premium is not a subscription. Reminders require device notification permission. Available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Mileage is recorded in kilometers and costs in euros. You enter your own dates and details; MeinCheckheft is not an official vehicle manufacturer service.
