It puts a rep's whole working day on one screen and keeps the office in step with the field. WHAT'S ON YOUR DAY • My Day — the customers planned for today, in order, with one tap to log the call, get directions or move it. • Who to call on next — a ranked list of the accounts most worth a visit, scored by the server from your recent history. • Targets — this month's and this quarter's sales targets with live progress, by product. LOG WORK AS IT HAPPENS • Calls — structured call reports for doctors, pharmacies and drug stores, with the products discussed, samples given, objections raised and a voice note if you want one. • Orders, returns and bonus orders — raised on the spot against the customer's own price tier, and routed through the company's approval workflow. • Expenses, leave requests and collections — submitted from the phone, approved by your manager, status visible the whole way. • Customers — your accounts and outlets, with each customer's standing on each product.
