Woodshedd

About

Woodshedd keeps a touring band on the same page — from the first booking to the last load-out. SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY See every show, practice, and recording session on one calendar. Say whether you can make it, and see who's in, so no one finds out about a conflict at the last minute. ITINERARIES AND TRAVEL Build each day's plan — load-in, doors, set time, hotel, and drive times between shows. Look up a flight by number and add it to every day it spans. Keep everyone's hotel and airline rewards numbers in one place for whoever's booking. SETLISTS AND SONGS Build setlists with timing, apply one to a show, and keep notes and demos with each song. TOUR CHAT A private chat for everyone on a tour, so the details aren't buried in a group text. EXPENSES AND RECEIPTS Snap a photo of a receipt the moment you pay, then categorize it after the tour. Track who paid and who's owed, and settle up in one step with a record of how each person was paid back. Band managers get reports and a CSV for the accountant. GEAR AND INSURANCE RECORDS Keep a list of the gear you bring, with serial numbers, what you paid, and what it's worth — private to you — so you're ready if something is lost or stolen. OPTIONAL WELLNESS HEADS-UP Connect Apple Health or WHOOP if you like, so you and your tour manager can see recovery and sleep before a hard travel day. It's entirely optional and never shared with the rest of the band. DOORS AND PASSES Add a digital pass to Apple Wallet for guest-list and crew access. Woodshedd is invite-only. Ask a member of your band to send you an invite link.
