About
Learn English from real videos you'd actually want to watch, matched to your level and listening speed. Reelang turns the clips native English speakers actually post into listening practice you can scroll. 39,000+ videos in American, British and Australian English, from clear beginner-friendly speech to full native pace. New to English? Start anyway You do not need much English to begin. The feed opens with the easiest English it has and speeds up as you do: short clips, slower and clearer speech, the most common words first. Real English is something you follow on day one, not something you work up to. How it works • Real English videos, made for English speakers, not for textbooks. • A feed graded two ways: by your level, from A1 to C1, and by how fast people actually speak. • Every clip says where the speaker is from, so you always know which English you are hearing. Set the feed to American, British or Australian English, and meet Canadian, Irish, Scottish, Indian and Nigerian speakers along the way. • Smart Subtitles underline the words worth learning, the most common 500, 1,000 and 2,000 words in English, so you can see at a glance which word is worth a tap. • Tap any word in the captions to see what it means, right there in the sentence. • Learner insights: each clip comes with a short note on the English worth knowing in it. Focus mode, the guided way in Do not just watch a clip, work it. Focus plays it once with no text, asks how much you caught, then takes it sentence by sentence and word by word until it lands. Tap a word to keep it for review. Prefer to just watch? Flow does that instead. Some videos have the subtitles burned into the picture. A normal player cannot take those off the screen. Reelang can. Hide them and you are only listening, not reading. Getting ready for IELTS, TOEFL or a Cambridge exam? Every one of them, from A2 Key (KET) and B1 Preliminary (PET) to B2 First (FCE), C1 Advanced (CAE) and C2 Proficiency (CPE), comes down to two things: understanding real English at natural speed, in more than one accent, and knowing the words you hear. That is exactly what Reelang gives you. Hours of everyday English at the speed people really speak, and vocabulary you pick up from the people who use it. Learners tell us it is the best listening and vocabulary practice they have found. You're not memorizing lists. You're hearing English the way it's really spoken, fast, casual, alive, and understanding a bit more each day. That's when it stops feeling like homework. Free to start. Scroll, tap, learn. — — — REELANG+ (OPTIONAL) Reelang is free to use. Reelang+ is an optional upgrade that adds: • Unlimited learner insights (free accounts get two a day) • Word translations into your own language, not only English • A feed built around your interests • Vocabulary that returns in new clips, so it sticks Reelang+ is available as an auto-renewing subscription.
