AquaComply

About

AquaComply keeps a small California water system inspection-ready. Built for the owners and operators of small community water systems — mutual water companies, mobile home parks, campgrounds, and small districts — it turns the state's requirements into a schedule you can actually follow. COMPLIANCE CALENDAR Every recurring requirement on one calendar with its citation: coliform sampling, chlorine residuals, tank inspections, valve exercising, hydrant flushing, dead-end flushing, operator certification renewals, and more. Mark work complete and the next occurrence schedules itself. WORK ORDERS Per-asset work orders with job-specific closeout questions, photos, GPS, and cross-checks that update your records — well drawdown computed from your readings, hydrant flow classes, valve turn counts. SYSTEM MAP Draw your system on imagery: wells, tanks, hydrants, valves, and mains. Trace pipes, measure distances, run valve-isolation traces for main breaks, import shapefiles or KML, and print a wall map PDF. ASSET MANAGEMENT Condition and useful-life tracking on every asset, a replacement plan with an annual reserve target, and a five-year budget with the monthly rate per connection. STATE REPORTS & FORMS Fillable DDW monitoring report forms (coliform summary, surface water, disinfectant residuals), public notice templates, TMF assessment worksheets, and generated PDFs: operations plan, emergency contacts, valve book, budget, and more. WORKS OFFLINE Everything is stored on your device and works with no signal — in the field, in the pump house, on the mountain. AquaComply is prepared by Aqua Solutions Consulting, a California water system operations consultancy.
