The Detective reads your logs and your device data, names the pattern it can see, and gives you one thing to try. It tells you where the data runs out, it never recommends medication, and when a symptom calls for a doctor, it says so plainly. WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY WEAR Metastory reads from Apple Health, so it works alongside Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings, Eight Sleep, Apple Watch, blood pressure cuffs, glucose monitors and most nutrition apps, with no extra logins. Workouts you finish are saved back to Apple Health. Apple Health is optional and stays off until you turn it on. KNOW WHERE YOU'RE STARTING Three short assessments, covering your nervous system, gut health and amino acids, build your starting profile. Your DRESS Summary turns the last 30 days into a plain-language read of where you're steady and where the most room to grow is. GUIDED AUDIO Safe Inside is a guided listening program for a nervous system that has been running hot. It is designed for over-ear headphones and keeps playing with your screen locked. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Your health data is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models. Delete your account and your logs go with it. MEMBERSHIP Metastory Health Membership gives you full access to the app. New members get 30 days free, then $5.99 per month. After the free trial, payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews monthly unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
