Office Guard watches the places real estate fraud starts: the email you read and the texts you get from numbers you do not know. It warns you. It never changes, hides, or answers a message for you. EMAIL WARNINGS, IN PLAIN WORDS Connect the mailbox you use for your business and Office Guard checks incoming and outgoing mail on every device you read it on. When something looks wrong, you get a notification and a card that says what we found, who it came from, and what to do next: - A payment request that changes where money should be sent - A message that pushes you to pay in a hurry - A dangerous link to a site reported for phishing or malware - A name you know sent from an address you have never used with them - A reply that is quietly redirected somewhere else - A new phone number from a contact, in a message about a payment - Before you send a Social Security number, a card number, a bank routing or account number, or wire instructions by mistake Every warning ends with advice you can act on: call them on a number you already had, do not click the link, send it securely instead. TEXT PROTECTION Office Guard includes an iPhone text message filter. Once you choose it in Settings, iOS asks Office Guard about each SMS or MMS from a sender who is not in your Contacts. Texts from your contacts are never touched, and iMessages are not involved. A text goes to your Junk folder when it talks about money and also pushes urgency, uses a suspicious link, or claims to be your lender, title company, or agent. Everything else is left alone. The decision starts with rules on your phone; when they are not sure, iOS sends the text to the Office Guard server for a junk-or-allow answer, and the server discards it as soon as it has answered. Office Guard does not keep your texts, does not read texts from your contacts, and cannot block, alter, or reply to any message. SEND DOCUMENTS ENCRYPTED Send a closing statement, an ID, or wire instructions as an encrypted, expiring link instead of an attachment. Brokerages can cover their whole roster, and a broker sees the office in one place. WHAT OFFICE GUARD DOES NOT DO It does not alter, delete, or send your email. It does not store your messages. It does not sell or share your data. It does not track you across other apps or websites. PLANS Encrypted sending is free with an Office Guard account. Email warnings and the network view are part of the Guardian, Defender, and Vanguard plans; text protection is part of Defender and Vanguard. The plans are sold in the app as auto-renewable subscriptions: $10, $15, or $20 a month, or $107.99, $161.99, or $214.99 a year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
