Log your pours, experiment with new techniques, and remember what worked—so you can consistently make your best cup. Why I built Dial In Pourovers After building Dial In Espresso (another coffee app of mine), many users reached out to say they would love an app for pour-over as well. At the time, I wasn't confident I could build a great one with my limited knowledge of pour-over brewing. Over the years, we traveled all around the world—to Colombia, Spain, Japan, and China—visiting world-famous coffee farms and specialty cafés, and learning incredible techniques along the way.
