The time is the verse. At 3:16 Bible Minute shows John 3:16. At 8:28 it is Romans 8:28. A minute later it is a different book and a different line, so the day reads through Scripture one minute at a time. A VERSE FOR EVERY MINUTE Every one of the 720 minutes on a twelve hour clock has a verse of its own, from the World English Bible. The best known minutes read the verse you would expect: 3:16 is John, 6:23 is Romans, 11:28 is Matthew. In a few hours the last minutes have no verse in the 66 books, and those come from the deuterocanonical books, mostly 1 Maccabees.
