Task Minder: All In One Place

About

Task Minder is the one place your to-dos actually live, whether you type them in yourself or they arrive from your other Craft+Sense Studio apps. A passport renewal from Expiry Minder, a low supplement from Vitamin Minder, a birthday gift purchase reminder from Date Minder, all land here too, instead of scattered across sticky notes and half-remembered emails. Share almost anything into it as well: forward an email, a web page, a photo, or a message from someone arranging coffee, and it becomes a task with everything attached, ready to edit before you save it. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Due dates with a time if you need one, and a red badge that clears itself once completed • Recurring tasks: daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or every few days, weeks or months, your call • Categories you can filter by (Household, Work, School, Errands, Personal, Health, or your own) • Share almost anything straight into a task from the iOS share sheet: an email, a web page, a photo, or a document • Notes with tappable links, so a shared article opens straight from the task • A completed history you can look back on, with one tap to restore anything finished by mistake • Email or export the filtered list as a PDF, or back everything up as a CSV file HOW IT WORKS Task Minder has no cap on tasks, ever, because it's the hub the rest of the Craft+Sense Life Admin Minder family relies on. Unlocking the full version (a single one-time purchase, no subscription) adds CSV export and import, emailing the list or exporting it as a PDF, showing your tasks in Month Minder alongside the rest of your Craft+Sense Studio apps, and creating your own categories. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Task Minder doesn't ask for an account, doesn't use analytics or ads, and doesn't send anything to a server. Everything you enter stays on your own device. Task Minder is part of Life Admin Minder, a small family of apps from Craft+Sense Studio built to take the things that you usually have to hold in your head and keep them in your phone instead.
