Add your squad once, then one press builds the whole match: every quarter, every position, court time spread fairly, and a rotation sheet you can print and hand to the desk. Not one quarter at a time. The whole match, planned together, because that is the only way an app can see who has sat out, who has only ever played Centre, and where the court time has actually gone.
