Punch List Site Audit: Kantevo

About

Kantevo is a punch list and site audit app for the person who walks the site - without a cap on photos, without an account, and without needing a signal. The second-floor bathroom has three things wrong with it and one photograph cannot show them. You shoot four, draw an arrow on the cracked tile, name the room, and move on. By the time you reach the car, the list has numbered itself and the report is ready to hand over. FEATURES →As many photos as the defect needs Shoot several in a row without leaving the item, or bring in any number from your camera roll in one go. There is no limit, not per item, not per import. →Mark it on the photo, while you are standing there The markup canvas opens with the shutter, not three taps later. Arrow, circle, a line drawn by hand and typed words go straight onto the image, in several pen weights, and you can edit them again later. →A list that keeps itself in order Items number themselves. Delete one and the rest renumber. Drag one and its number follows. Search, sort, multi-select and bulk delete stay quick at 300 items with photos, with no signal. Room, floor and trade carry over from the item before (Kantevo Pro). →The report you were going to write tonight (Kantevo Pro) Made on the phone, with no signal, as a real PDF whose text you can select rather than a picture of a page: your header and footer, page numbers, and page breaks that never split an item across two pages. Photographs large enough to be evidence. You read every page before anyone else does, then it leaves as an attached PDF. →Your name on the document (Kantevo Pro) Your logo at its own shape, your company name, one accent colour, and a cover photograph. Sign it once in Settings and your signature is on every report, and the person receiving it can sign at handover. →Each trade gets its own items and nothing else (Kantevo Pro) Put a trade on an item and export that trade's list on its own, so the electrician reads electrics and the plasterer reads plaster. →Close it out with the proof (Kantevo Pro) Tick an item fixed, attach the after photograph, and the report separates what is done from what is still outstanding. →Nothing you capture is ever taken away Saved as you type and kept on your phone, with no account to create. It survives a crash, an update and a reinstall, and your backup goes to your own iCloud Drive, with export and import in Settings. WHY KANTEVO → Photographs are never rationed - one defect gets as many as it takes → The report comes out on the phone with no signal, as a PDF whose text can be selected and searched → You read every page before you send it, so nothing goes out that you have not seen → Your photos and reports stay on your device and in your own iCloud Drive → Viewing and editing what you already captured is never blocked, on any plan → Cancel in two taps from Settings, and Restore sits on the paywall and works Walk the site once. Hand over the report before you leave. Be the one whose list gets acted on. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Kantevo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: a weekly plan that starts with a trial, or a yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your plan any time in your App Store settings. PRIVACY Photos and reports stay on your device and in your own iCloud Drive; nothing is uploaded to us; no account.
