HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps that eat your mornings. 2. Choose a spot away from your bed: the coffee machine, the kitchen counter, the bathroom mirror. 3. Set your lock time. Your apps lock on schedule, every night. 4. In the morning, walk to your spot and scan it. Everything opens until tonight. WHY A PHOTO Your phone is easy to reach from bed. Your kitchen isn't. Once you're standing at your spot, the half-asleep scroll is already over, and the rest of the morning is yours. NEVER STUCK • Can't scan? Take a short walk instead, and your apps open just the same. • Your apps open on their own at a time you set, 9 AM by default, even if you never scan. • Change your apps or your schedule any time, even while they're locked. ONE JOB, DONE WELL Alba isn't a screen time tracker, a focus timer, or a detox. It doesn't count your hours or keep score. It gets you out of bed, then gets out of your way.
