Elbow Arcade turns gentle wrist and forearm movement into engaging arcade-style games on your iPhone or iPad. Designed for people exploring controlled movement related to tennis elbow, elbow discomfort, wrist mobility, and forearm movement. Your Apple device becomes the game controller using built-in motion sensors—no weights, resistance bands, wearables, or external equipment required. TENNIS ELBOW & CONTROLLED MOVEMENT Elbow Arcade makes short movement sessions more interactive and engaging, with games focused on smoothness, timing, stability, accuracy, and comfortable movement. The app does not diagnose or treat tennis elbow. It cannot measure tendon load, muscle force, grip strength, tissue damage, or injury severity. Game scores describe device movement and game control, not medical progress. HOW IT WORKS • Choose the hand that will hold or guide the device. • Position your iPhone or supported iPad comfortably. • Calibrate a comfortable movement range. • Use gentle wrist or forearm movement to control the game. • Follow visual, audio, and optional haptic feedback. • Complete a short session and review your results. MOTION-CONTROLLED ARCADE GAMES Slow Landing — guide an original character toward a landing zone using smooth movement. Shield Hold — keep an object inside a target zone with steady device control. Turn the Key — rotate a game control using comfortable forearm movement. PERSONALIZED CALIBRATION Every session begins with calibration. Because people hold devices differently, Elbow Arcade does not assume one device angle or sensor axis works for everyone. Calibration establishes a neutral position and maps a small, comfortable movement range to the game. BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD On iPhone, the device can be gently held or supported while playing. On iPad, keep the device supported on your lap, cushion, bed, or another stable soft surface. You do not need to hold the full iPad weight with the selected hand. CALM GAMEPLAY Elbow Arcade does not reward moving faster, moving farther, extra repetitions, squeezing the device harder, or extending a session because of a high score. Every active game includes pause and stop controls, and you can stop at any time. APPLE HEALTH Apple Health integration is optional. When enabled, Elbow Arcade can save completed sessions to Apple Health. The app does not require Apple Health to play. Raw motion samples and comfort responses are not saved to Apple Health. PRIVACY • No account required • No advertising • No third-party analytics • No motion-data upload • No camera required • No microphone required • No location tracking • No external equipment required Motion data used for gameplay is processed on the device, and summarized session history is stored locally. ACCESSIBILITY & LANGUAGES Supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast, Differentiate Without Color, Switch Control, and iPad keyboard and pointer interaction. Available in English, Arabic, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Indonesian, and Malay.
