Aligner Diary keeps your clear-aligner routine organized without requiring an account. RECORD WEAR WITH ONE TAP Mark when you remove or put your aligners back in. Review recorded wear time, correct missed entries, and add a short daily note. FOLLOW EACH TRAY Use the tray-by-tray calendar and daily timeline to see worn, removed, and unrecorded periods. Keep your own change schedule and appointment dates together. BUILD A PRIVATE PHOTO RECORD Take or import photos, keep them with the correct tray and date, browse them by tray, and select multiple photos for a vertical comparison. Photos are records only; the app does not evaluate treatment results. REMINDERS AND WIDGETS Set local reminders for daily confirmation, tray changes, and appointments. Home Screen widgets show your current status and next appointment, with quick wear actions on supported iOS versions. LOCAL-FIRST, WITH OPTIONAL BACKUP Your diary stays on your device by default. Export a complete backup when you choose, or opt in to private iCloud backup for records, photos, and preferences. Private backup is not two-way sync and requires your iCloud account and network access. MAKE IT YOURS Choose from four visual themes, light or dark appearance, and multiple interface languages.
