Mostdays is a quiet daily check-in for the few everyday things that matter to you: a bike ride, a few pages, eating well. Create up to seven trackers and give each one two answers in your own words, such as "Rode" or "Didn't ride". Each day, tap one. Add a note if you like. That's it.
