breakr.me shields the apps you choose for 15 or 30 minutes and plays a calm scene while they stay shielded. HOW IT WORKS • Choose a session length: 15 or 30 minutes. • Choose the apps to shield, up to 20. You pick them in Apple's own Screen Time picker. • Choose a scene, or keep Quiet Workshop. • Start. breakr.me applies the shield and the scene begins. • Around the scheduled time, the apps are released. RELEASE ANY TIME You can release the apps whenever you need them. One confirmation. No reason required. IF YOU OPEN A SHIELDED APP A short screen asks one question: was opening this app part of what you meant to do? Close it, or go back to breakr.me and release.
