Health Age turns the numbers your iPhone and Apple Watch already record into one clear figure: your health age, next to your real age. It is an estimate, not a medical diagnosis. HOW IT WORKS Health Age reads six factors from Apple Health: cardio fitness (VO2 max), daily steps, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, blood pressure and sleep. Each factor is compared with published reference values for your age and sex, and the result is one number. You see how many years each factor adds or removes, the typical range for your age, and every reference the model uses. At least two factors are needed for a result; missing data never counts against you. FILL TODAY'S BAR (PRO) A daily bar built from your own numbers shows how close you are to today's targets for steps, sleep and exercise minutes, with a week view. An optional reminder helps you finish the day.
