Heat Window: Heat Index

About

Choose a lower-heat time for your next run, walk, ride or outdoor chore. Heat Window compares the forecast across your whole outing, so you can see how different start times stack up. COMPARE THE WHOLE OUTING Choose a place, set a duration from 30 to 180 minutes, and compare possible starts in 15-minute steps. See peak and average forecast heat for each complete window. Similar options and missing data are clearly labeled. Comparisons use heat index where supported, with air temperature used consistently when heat index is unavailable. UNDERSTAND THE FORECAST Explore hourly heat index, air temperature, wet-bulb temperature, humidity, wind and rain where available. View Fahrenheit or Celsius and times in your destination's time zone. Search for a city, enter coordinates, or choose to use your current location. EXPLORE BEFORE SUBSCRIBING The offline sample is always available. Your free Preview includes one place, one fixed 12-hour forecast snapshot and one real comparison of two start times. Preview does not refresh, reset or include new saved plans. Keep access to your completed Preview result. PLAN REGULARLY WITH PRO • Fresh forecasts covering the next 72 hours • Up to three start times per comparison • Up to 100 saved plans and 10 saved places • Up to 20 local reminders to recheck your plans • Share your selected window as an image or text YOUR PLANS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE No account is required. Read, export and delete retained data even after Pro expires. JSON backup export and import are available. There is no automatic cross-device sync. Weather and purchase requests use external services. KNOW THE LIMITS Forecasts and derived metrics are estimates. Lower forecast heat does not mean safe conditions. Wet-bulb temperature is distinct from WBGT; this app does not provide numerical WBGT, medical advice or official hazard alerts. Reminders are scheduled locally and do not monitor changing weather. Fresh weather requires an internet connection. SUBSCRIPTIONS Weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions provide the same Pro features. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available on the Pro screen and in Settings. Weather: Open-Meteo. Place search: GeoNames.
