About
Squatch Vitals keeps the daily record your doctor asked for — weight, blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart rate and sleep — and turns it into a report you can hand over. WEIGHT AGAINST A GOAL Log your weight each morning and see straight away how far above or below your goal you are, and what has changed since last time. Weigh in more than once a day when your care team asks for it. BLOOD PRESSURE AND BLOOD OXYGEN As many readings a day as you need. Each one is placed against the standard published reference ranges, so a high number is obvious at a glance. SLEEP AND HEART RATE FROM YOUR APPLE WATCH Bring in what your watch already recorded — time asleep, time in bed, sleep efficiency, heart rate and blood oxygen — instead of typing it all a second time. SCAN YOUR PAPER LOG Photograph the handwritten sheet from the fridge and Squatch Vitals reads the dates and numbers off the page. You check every row before anything is saved, and anything it could not read is shown to you rather than quietly dropped. TRENDS THAT ANSWER THE QUESTION A week, a month, three months, a year. See whether the last stretch actually moved anything, with your goal drawn on the chart. A REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR A clean PDF — a summary page, then day-by-day detail — or a CSV for a spreadsheet. Any date range you like. Send it by email or message, save it to Files, AirDrop it, or print it. A NUDGE IN THE MORNING One reminder at a time you choose, so the record does not develop holes. OPTIONAL FLUID INTAKE Switch it on if you are asked to track what you drink. Switch off anything you are not tracking and it leaves the screen. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE No account. No server. No analytics. Squatch Vitals contains no networking code at all. Apple Health access is read-only, so the app cannot alter your Health data. Photos of your paper log are read on your device and never uploaded. The only way a reading leaves your phone is when you send a report yourself. Squatch Vitals is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and the ranges it shows are general published reference bands for context only. Always talk to your care team about your readings. Free. No subscription and no in-app purchases.
What's new · 1.1
New in 1.1 • Headache tracker. Log intensity, how long it lasted, where it was, what you were sensitive to (light, sound, smell, movement, screens), other symptoms, and what helped — including which medicine. Turn it on in Settings or during setup. • Two trackers of your own. Name them anything — knee pain, waist, BMI, steps — give them a unit, and choose whether to be reminded daily or weekly. Each one gets a row on Today, its own chart in Trends, and its own section in reports. • Trends and reports now cover headaches and your custom trackers, with averages, ranges and change over time. Also fixed • Entering a weight with a decimal point now works on the first try. • The layout no longer stretches across the screen on iPad.
