LCH-Behind the Badge is a private mental wellness and resilience app created specifically for police officers. Law enforcement can require officers to move from routine calls to violence, death, crisis, danger, and human suffering within seconds. The call may end, but the mind and body do not always move on as quickly. LCH-Behind the Badge provides practical tools designed around the realities of a police career from the academy and patrol years through critical incidents, family life, leadership, career transitions, and retirement. Daily Wellness Support Use quick daily check-ins to notice changes in stress, mood, sleep, and overall well-being without judgment. On-Duty and Post-Shift Tools Access tactical breathing, grounding exercises, post-shift decompression, sleep support, and short reset tools designed for use around demanding shifts. Critical Incident Support Find targeted support after difficult calls, including officer-involved shootings, child fatalities, suicide scenes, violent deaths, mass-casualty incidents, failed rescues, and other events that may remain long after the scene is cleared.
