About

Tao Group RSVP is a guest list and RSVP manager for venues, hosts, promoters and event teams. Create an event, share its RSVP page, and run the whole list from your phone: who has asked to come, who is confirmed, who is on the door list tonight. • Events with a shareable RSVP page, flyer, ticket types and a plus-one limit • Requests you approve or decline with a swipe, and a shortlist for maybes • Allocations, so each promoter, host or partner gets their own share of the list and sees only their guests • A door scanner that checks guests in from their QR code, and keeps working when the signal drops • Messages and announcements to your guests by email or text • Your network of past guests, ready to invite to the next event • Impact: how each link, host and promoter performed Built for one hand, in a dark room. An account is required to sign in.
