ABOUT THE APP Vienna is the customer loyalty and booking app for Vienna Group, a beauty and skincare business in Najaf, Iraq. Customers use it to book cosmetic sessions at our branches, view their visit history, collect loyalty points, browse skincare products, and get cosmetic care suggestions. The app is free, contains no ads, and sells nothing inside the app — all payments happen in person at our branches for services delivered there. DEMO ACCOUNT / HOW TO SIGN IN Sign-in uses a phone number plus a one-time code. There is no email/password and no third-party login. 1. Launch the app and tap "تسجيل الدخول" (Sign in) at the bottom of the welcome screen. 2. Enter this phone number exactly, including the country code: +9647700000001 3. Tap the confirm button. The app asks for a 6-digit code. 4. Enter: 246810 This is a fixed code reserved for this review account only. No SMS or WhatsApp message is sent for this number, so you do not need access to a phone to sign in. 5. You are taken directly to the home screen. The profile is already complete and the account is preloaded with points, so no additional setup is needed. If the code is rejected, please contact us before rejecting the submission — it means our server was briefly unavailable, and we will confirm within a few hours. NAVIGATING THE APP The interface is in Arabic and uses a right-to-left layout. The bottom tab bar has 5 tabs. Read from RIGHT to LEFT: Home (الرئيسية) | Games (الألعاب) | Store (المتجر) | My Skin (بشرتي) | My Profile (ملفي) - Home: points balance, current offers, and the booking entry point. - Games: short in-app games that award loyalty points and prizes. Nothing can be purchased with real money; points and prizes are earned through activity and visits only, and are redeemable exclusively for Vienna services and products. - Store: skincare products available at our branches, shown for browsing. There is no in-app checkout. - My Skin: optional skin-appearance feature, described below. - My Profile: account details, visit history, and account deletion. THE "MY SKIN" FEATURE (بشرتي) This optional feature captures up to three photos of the user's face and returns a short written read of general skin appearance, along with suggestions for cosmetic sessions and skincare products, plus daily care tips. Important points: - The photos are sent over an encrypted connection to a third-party AI service for processing and are deleted immediately afterwards. They are never written to disk, database, or logs on our servers. Only the resulting text report is saved to the user's account. - No personal identifier is sent with the photos — no name, phone number, user ID, or device ID. - The output is a cosmetic and educational suggestion to help the user choose between Vienna's services. It is not a medical diagnosis, and the app states this clearly to the user. - The feature is entirely optional. Every other part of the app works normally if camera permission is denied. PERMISSIONS - Camera: used only for the optional "My Skin" feature and for taking a profile picture. - Photo Library: used only to pick an existing profile picture. - Microphone: declared because the camera component supports video capture, but the app never records audio. No screen in the app requests or uses the microphone. - The app does not use location. It has no location permission and no location SDK. Users choose their city and area manually from a list. - The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind, and does not track users across other companies' apps or websites.
