Bizaxl Hospitality Manager gives hotel and resort managers an oversight view of how the property is running, on the move. See the day at a glance: occupancy, arrivals and departures against the business date, rooms in house, revenue posted today and last night, dirty rooms, and rooms out of order. What you can review: - Today. Property pulse, arrivals due and departures due, guest exposure and the last audited night. - On the books. Occupancy and booked revenue for the next seven nights, with arrivals and departures per night. - Revenue. Thirty days of posted revenue by centre, and open folios ranked by outstanding balance. - Room rack. Every room by floor with housekeeping status, room type and occupancy. - Rates. The rate calendar for the next fourteen nights, with weekend and holiday rules you can configure. - Reports. Occupancy, revenue and arrivals, plus your property's custom reports, shareable as CSV text. - Night audits. Completed runs and their exceptions, with sign-off to record acknowledgement. - Guest services. Open laundry, transport, valet, table booking and enquiry workload. The app is deliberately oversight-only. Charges, payments, settlement, check-in and checkout stay with the front desk; managers monitor rather than transact. The only changes you can make are the rate-hike configuration for future bookings, which never reprices a reservation already taken, and signing off night-audit exceptions, which records an acknowledgement. Biz Hospitality Manager connects to your own Biz Hospitality site. You sign in with your property's site URL and your staff account, and credentials are held in the device keychain. It is a companion to a Biz Hospitality installation and is not a standalone booking system. A staff account is required. Accounts are created by your property's administrator on your Biz Hospitality site; there is no sign-up in the app.
