About
Verity is your body's truth, in your hands. It is a private companion for women navigating perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Most health apps were built for a 28-day cycle and stop there. Verity is built for the whole midlife picture: symptoms, sleep, mood, HRT, and the questions that come with them. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log what matters. You can record energy, mood, sleep and symptoms in seconds. • Track your HRT. You can record your protocol and see how you feel over time, from your own logs. • See the patterns. Calm charts turn those logs into trends you can read, with HRT changes marked on the timeline. • Ask Vera. There are two different things, and they are not the same: • Free tap-answers. These are pre-written educational answers from cited published sources, served on your device. A clinician review is underway. They are not clinician-signed. They are general information, not medical advice. • Live Ask Vera (optional). You type a question in your own words. That question is sent off your device to Verity's server, then to an AI provider (OpenRouter, typically in the United States), so a model can draft a reply. An account and extra consent are required. Live answers are AI-generated, can be wrong, and are not clinician-reviewed. Vera is not your doctor. • Bring a support person, optionally. Someone you trust can log what they notice. You choose what they can see. An account is required to invite them. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • You can use the core app with no account. Logs then stay on that phone. • We never sell your data and we never show ads. • Free tap-answers stay on the device. Live Ask Vera is not on-device only. • Delete your account and data at any time. Verity is a personal health tracking companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician. Information from Verity and Vera is not medical advice. Always talk to your own clinician. For adults aged 18 and over.
