New design: the app opens straight on your photos, without intro pages, in a calmer workspace. Scrolling a large batch no longer re-exports photos, so it stays smooth, and each result is saved once under its own file name. Interface sounds and haptics are optional in Settings.

About
Image Compressor makes photos smaller without sending them anywhere. Choose a few pictures, pick JPEG, HEIC or PNG, set the quality between 10 and 100 percent, and the list shows each photo's size before and after, so you know what you gained before you save a thing. Compression runs on your iPhone or iPad itself. There is no account and no server, and the location and camera details stored inside each photo are left out, so a smaller copy you share does not say where it was taken. Finished photos go to your library or out through the share sheet. Saving adds a new copy; your originals stay as they are. The free version handles three photos per batch, as often as you like. Image Compressor Pro is one purchase, never a subscription: batches of up to 100 photos, and HEIC output, the format your iPhone uses for its own camera roll, which usually keeps the same look in a noticeably smaller file.
