Restava: Sleep & Breathe

About

Fall asleep to brown noise, white noise, rain or a fan, or start with a few minutes of guided breathing. Every sound plays offline, all night or on a sleep timer that fades out. SOUNDS Brown, pink, white and green noise, rain, ocean surf, thunderstorms, fans, birds, trains and more. All 37 sounds are stored on your phone, so they play without a connection. MIXES Layer sounds and set each one's level. Save the mixes you like and come back to them any night. BEDTIME ROUTINES A routine starts with an optional breathing practice, then moves into your sounds on a timer. Start it from the app, a Home Screen widget or a Shortcut. Close the routine and it keeps playing from the mini player. TIMERS Pick 15 minutes to 8 hours, set your own length, or play until you stop. Choose a gentle fade or a clean stop. Dim the whole screen at your bedside, from the player or a routine. BREATHING Six practices: long exhale, even breathing, box breathing, 4-7-8, double inhale and a ten-minute body scan. Follow the animated guide, with optional spoken cues and haptics. Every practice is free. You can save finished sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes. BACKGROUND PLAYBACK Sounds keep playing when you lock your phone or switch apps, with lock-screen controls and AirPlay. Turn off Lock Screen artwork for a darker screen at night. FREE Six sounds, two layers at once, one saved mix, one bedtime routine, every breathing practice and the sleep timer. No account needed.
