A SHARED INBOX FOR YOUR WORK Find open and resolved conversations, search your inbox and filter by unread messages, your assignments, AI or team. Review the conversation history before you reply. HUMAN SUPPORT AND AI, TOGETHER See conversations handled by your workspace's AI assistant. Take over when a customer needs a person, respond yourself and hand the conversation back to the assistant when you are ready. REPLY IN THE WAY THAT FITS Send text, photos, videos and files. Record a voice note, pause it and listen before sending. Use saved replies for common questions. For connected WhatsApp channels, use supported quoted replies, reactions and approved message templates. CUSTOMER CONTEXT AT HAND Search and update contacts, keep useful contact notes and review previous cases from the same customer.
