WellWash

About

WellWash is a contrast shower timer for hot–cold sessions, with clear phases, haptics, and optional voice cues — built for recovery and Wim Hof–style protocols. Pick a protocol (Wim Hof, Recovery, or your own), start the session, and follow: • Large on-screen countdown for each hot or cold phase • Phase dots so you always know where you are • Lock-screen Live Activity while the timer runs • Optional voice announcements and background music • Soft beeps and haptics at transitions • Notifications when a phase ends (even with the screen locked) Tap the screen for calm, slow-reveal controls: pause, skip phase, return home (minimizes to a mini player), or emergency stop. Create custom protocols with your own phase lengths. Free tier includes presets; Pro unlocks unlimited custom protocols and removes ads. Features • Curated protocols (Wim Hof, Recovery) + custom builder • Full-screen timer with auto-hiding controls • Live Activity on the Lock Screen • Session history • Voice, music, and beep preferences • Daily streak and an optional reminder • Works offline — no account required • Optional Pro: unlimited custom protocols and no ads Built for home recovery rituals — clear timing, less distraction. In-app language: English, Deutsch, Français, Español, Italiano.
