Bloom: Coffee Brew Timer

About

Bloom turns your V60, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, Kalita Wave, or espresso routine into a precise, repeatable ritual — no more guesswork, no more inconsistent cups. PRECISION RATIO & DOSE CALCULATOR Enter your coffee dose or target water and Bloom instantly calculates the other — with ratio presets (1:12, 1:15, 1:16.6, 1:18) or a custom decimal ratio slider from 1:10 to 1:22. Scale for 1 to 6 cups in seconds. LIVE BREWING TIMER WITH DYNAMIC ISLAND Multi-stage pour timers for every method — bloom, pour 1, pour 2, drawdown — with haptic and audio cues so you never have to stare at your screen. Track pour weight and stage countdown right from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. CHAMPIONSHIP RECIPE LIBRARY Brew world-champion recipes including James Hoffmann's Ultimate V60, Tetsu Kasuya's 4:6 Method, AeroPress Championship Inverted, and Lance Hedrick's high-extraction method — or build and save your own custom multi-stage recipes. BEAN CELLAR & TASTING JOURNAL Log every bag of beans — roaster, origin, process, roast date — and every brew: grind setting, water temperature, rating, and flavor notes. Bloom even adjusts your bloom time automatically based on roast date to account for degassing.
