Draw numbers with the rules you need. RulePick is a number picker for events, prize draws and everyday decisions on iPhone and iPad. SET YOUR RULES Choose a range, count and exclusions. Prevent numbers such as 3 and 7 from appearing together. Set minimum and maximum picks from a group. CONTROL REPETITION Decide separately whether numbers can return in later draws and whether duplicates are allowed within a set. Add per-number occurrence limits and cooldown periods measured in draws. CHOOSE RANDOM OR BALANCED Use random draws or balanced selection that prioritizes eligible numbers with fewer appearances. Balanced selection is a different method from random drawing. RECORD AND SHARE Review history and counts. Share a receipt with the date, settings and result as text or images. Show large results full screen and continue drawing without leaving that view. SAVE YOUR SETTINGS Save favorites, load them, rename them and replace their settings. Built-in help and examples make setup easier. No ads. No account required. Drawing and record storage take place on your device.
