WorkerMeter turns "the work was done" from a claim into evidence. A company assigns a job to a worker at a specific address. The worker cannot clock in unless their phone's GPS places them at that address, and cannot submit the job without photographing the site before and after the work. Verified location, timestamps and both photo sets go back to the office as one package. BUILT FOR THE FIELD The screen a worker uses outdoors puts the distance to the site in large tabular figures, readable at arm's length in direct sun. Touch targets are sized for gloved hands. When clock-in is refused, the app says how far out you are and how much closer you need to get. A refusal always explains itself. THE GATE IS THE POINT - Clock-in unlocks only inside the job's radius. Outside it, the app refuses. - Every refused attempt is recorded rather than discarded. - Before and after photographs are both required before a job can be submitted. - Evidence cannot be edited once a job has been submitted. FOR ADMINISTRATORS Create jobs against an address, hand them to a worker, and review what comes back: the closest the worker got to the site, time on site, both photo sets, and the full trail including the clock-ins that were refused. Approve, or send it back with a note the worker can act on. The same dashboard runs on the web. MADE FOR iOS Native tab bars and navigation, Dynamic Type, Dark Mode, and semantic system colours throughout. Every state is shown as a word as well as a colour, so the app stays readable on a cracked screen in bright sun. ACCOUNTS WorkerMeter is a tool a company provides to its own employees. Companies do not self-register: an administrator issues an invite code, and that code decides which company you join and what you can see. The app is free and contains no purchases. You can delete your account at any time from the You tab. PRIVACY Location is read only while a job screen is open. WorkerMeter does not track you in the background between jobs, and contains no analytics or advertising SDK of any kind. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO A device that deliberately falsifies its location is not defeated; WorkerMeter records when iOS reports a simulated location but does not act on it. There is no invoicing, payroll or hourly rate in the app.
