About
DEALT turns strength training into a card game. Choose your level, select the equipment you have available, and let the deck build your workout one card at a time. Each card gives you a new exercise and challenge. No need to plan the workout in advance — just draw, complete your move, and keep going. PLAY THE CARD GAME Build a workout from the deck and reveal exercises one card at a time. Reps are determined by the cards you draw, and special cards can add unexpected twists along the way. OR TRAIN WITH INTERVALS Prefer timed training? Switch to Interval mode for a simple work-rest-repeat workout using exercises matched to your setup. BUILT AROUND WHAT YOU HAVE • Choose Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced • Select the equipment you have available • Include or exclude bodyweight exercises • Train with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and more • Track completed workouts and training progress DEALT PREMIUM Unlock the full deck with a one-time purchase.
