Veto - Reveal it

About

Veto gives a barcode a verdict: Yes or No. No score, no percentage. One answer, with the reasoning behind it. Scan a product and Veto checks every ingredient against your own rules — the allergens you avoid, the diets you follow — and against Veto's own standard for the ingredient itself. Anything that fails the standard is a No. An ingredient with no record is a No too, not waved through. Every No shows its grounds, numbered: which ingredient, which rule, whether the product is under an active recall. A Yes shows every ingredient cleared. No barcode in the database? Point the camera at the label instead. Veto reads the ingredient list directly and rules on what it finds. Veto Plus adds alternatives that clear the standard at the shop you're standing in, a browsable list of everything Veto has ruled on at that shop, and a shopping list built from what already cleared — so a trip to a specific store starts with a list of products that already carry a Yes. History keeps every verdict you've checked, searchable by product or barcode, so a ruling made once does not need to be looked up twice. Your rules — the allergens, the diets, the household members with rules of their own — are attached to your account, not the device, so they follow you. Veto is a standard, not a medical opinion. It reads ingredient lists and rules against the criteria you set. It does not replace a doctor, a dietitian, or your own judgment about a specific health condition. No ads. No manufacturer money. No data sold. Veto Plus is the only thing that keeps this running.
