Designed specifically for field teams (Supervisors, Managers, QC), the app fills the gap left by paperwork and Excel, creating a standardized production framework and seamless data flow. Note: This B2B application requires a login account provided by the farm's Administrator. KEY FEATURES FOR FIELD OPERATIONS: Tasks at your fingertips: Receive weekly/daily work plans and labor allocation lists detailed down to each specific Plot/Zone right on your phone. Real-time field reporting: Record productivity, workload, and material consumption directly in the field with just a few taps. Quality Control (QC): Quickly log and report production defects alongside real-time field data. Automatic data synchronization: Eliminate tedious logbook reviews and manual Excel data entry at the end of the day. All reports are pushed directly to the central system awaiting management approval. Team progress tracking: Enables Supervisors to easily oversee the daily productivity of their assigned teams. CORE VALUES & BENEFITS: Time savings: Significantly reduce the time spent daily on manual report consolidation and anomaly tracking. Labor & material transparency: Minimize material loss and payroll calculation errors by accurately reflecting production data (e.g., Bunch Bagging, Bud Removal stages). Foundation for traceability: Every farming activity is meticulously recorded and stored by Plot, ensuring readiness for strict audits by international buyers.
