VerseBlock

About

VerseBlock is an alarm that wakes you into your own practice. Choose the sources you want to wake to — religious, secular, or a mix. Pick the language you read each source in. Set an alarm, and when it goes off, the passage is already there waiting. WAKE WITH INTENTION • Named, repeatable alarms you can edit, toggle, snooze or stop • Choose the system alarm sound or one of three original chimes, with a preview before you commit • Your reading opens with the alarm, so the first thing you meet is the passage and not a feed YOUR SOURCES, YOUR LANGUAGE • Religious and secular sources are treated equally — pick one, several, or none • Set the reading language per source, independently of the app's language • Choose how many verses you see and how often they repeat SAY IT ALOUD • Optional recitation practice listens as you read the passage aloud • Speech recognition runs entirely on your device using a model bundled inside the app • No audio and no transcript ever leaves your phone PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your faith selections and alarms stay on your device — they are never uploaded • Your account stores only your name, country and language • No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no tracking VERSEBLOCK PRO Full access is a subscription: USD 6.99 per month or USD 69.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings.
