Mekanik: Auto Shop Manager

About

Mekanik is a service-tracking, accounts-receivable and customer-notification app for auto repair shops. It gets your workshop off paper tickets: vehicle history, outstanding balances and appointments, all in one place. FAST LOOKUP BY PLATE - Type the plate; if the vehicle exists, its full service history appears instantly. - Add make, model, year and fuel type for new vehicles in seconds. SERVICE RECORDS WITH PHOTOS - Log each operation, part and price line by line. - Attach before/after photos to every record to prevent disputes. - Each job moves through a status flow: Waiting, Inspecting, Awaiting Parts, In Repair, Completed. NOTIFY CUSTOMERS ON WHATSAPP - One tap sends the customer a WhatsApp message when the job is done. - The customer sees their vehicle's status from a private link, no login, just the plate. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - Track collections and debt per customer. - Cash, card or bank transfer, record every payment and see the remaining balance. APPOINTMENTS - Put phone and WhatsApp booking requests on a calendar. - Get reminders for upcoming appointments. SHOP-WIDE VIEW - Vehicles, customers and full service history in one list. - An analytics screen for monthly job count, revenue and top customers. WORK AS A TEAM - A shop can have several staff; add a teammate with an invite code. MEKANIK PRO - The free plan covers up to 20 vehicles per shop. For unlimited vehicles, Mekanik Pro is available in-app as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. - Payment is charged to your Apple Account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage it in your App Store account settings.
