SIXTEEN is an unofficial companion for HYROX® races: 8 runs, 8 stations, 16 segments. DIAGNOSE (free) Type in your 16 official splits and Roxzone from the results page. SIXTEEN compares each segment with athletes in your finish band — not with the elite — and shows where you lost minutes and how much is recoverable. Share a card that leads with the number that matters: the time you can get back. RACE DAY (free, with Apple Watch) Set a goal time and your profile (Runner / Hybrid / Strong). Get a 16-segment target table with cumulative times, then send it to your Apple Watch. On race day the watch shows the current segment, the countdown to its target, and your cumulative gap. Tap Next at every segment. PLAN (Pro) A 6-week block built from your two weakest segments: two extra sessions a week, at your division's race weights, with a weekly test to record. Week 1 is free. Weeks 2–6, progress and the next-race projection are Pro. WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM Division averages and finish-band gaps are modeled from published statistics (50,000+ and 700,000+ results). Your position in band is an estimate, not a lookup in raw results. Your splits never leave your phone — no account, no analytics, no ads. PRO Yearly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. No weekly plan, no trial that turns into a charge. Cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
