TiltGuardAlert: Tilt Monitor

About

Mount your iPhone on a tripod, shelf or load, set the baseline, and it alerts you with sound, vibration and a full-screen warning when the angle drifts past your threshold. It also works as a level: set a target angle and the beeps quicken as you close in. The inclinometer on your iPhone measures the angle live. Watch mode compares it with the baseline you set and tells you the moment it deviates, so you can keep an eye on equipment that needs to stay put. WATCH - Calibrate a baseline angle against your gear in seconds - Set a deviation threshold from 0.5 to 15 degrees - Start a watch session: the screen stays on with a dimmed gauge LEVEL - Set a target angle and hear the beeps quicken as you get close - The ring turns green and a chime sounds when you hit it - Degrees or percent grade, your choice ALERT - Sound, vibration and a full-screen alert when the angle drifts - A local notification as well, so you notice it nearby LOG - Every session and every deviation event, with timestamps - A chart of the angle over time for each session GOOD FOR - Tripods and camera gear on location - Shelves, racks and stacked cargo - Checking a slope or setting a surface to an exact angle Watching runs while the app is open and the screen is on; it is not a silent background monitor. It records and alerts on angle changes and cannot prevent equipment from falling, tipping or being moved. It is a tool for equipment, not a health or posture app.
